My personal experience with yoga : I’m being following yoga along with diet since 4 months. Many changes are seen within myself, like I became very flexible and I’m able to do many poses very perfectly. Also yoga helped me in reducing my weight. My mind is very quiet and cool after doing yoga. And yoga became very essential part in my life. Very well said Meghana. I can see your passion and dedication towards Yoga by reading your content. Yoga is an ocean where one can find answers to every needs like health issues ,mental peace, strength,inner peace etc etc etc. This "etc "itself can be extended to infinity.
I beleive in Yoga and need that everyone belives in Yoga and bring it into daily life.
